I’m Daniel Elkon, proud owner of Tri State Home Inspection.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I started Tri State Home Inspection because I wanted to make a difference for people embarking on one of the largest investments they will make. Buying a home is a big decision, and I wanted to help ease the pressure on clients by helping them make an informed decision. At times I feel like I am a sibling cheering the buyer on. My availability to answer questions as and when required and my respect for time - being a punctual person - is what makes my services unique.

We’ve been in business for around four years now and what I’ve noticed about the industry is that we keep finding an increasing number of sophisticated tools and programs to assist with home inspections. These advancements have made the inspector’s job much easier.

Irrespective of technological advancements, I believe in providing a detailed service the best way I know how. One aspect that gives me a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment is when I visit a home of a client who has already had inspectors, but they’ve missed vital areas that I am able to observe and address.

I enjoy my line of work because of the interaction with clients, meeting new people with every new job and being able to help them with their decision. I think I’ve been successful because I love meeting new people and networking.

The best part of being a business owner is having the flexibility to do more things with my time. One of the benefits of having time is the ability to indulge in passion to travel. So, when I am not at work, I travel as much as I can.
